Ivory's passion and love for animals started with his first dog when he was 9 years old. Cindy went with him everywhere and she was considered an integral part of his family. From his first dog to his current dogs, Daisy and Sadie, there have been few instances where he has been without animals in his life. He has rescued and reunited many lost pets with their owners and has participated in dog agility with his own dog. He is also trained in Pet First Aid and CPR.
